*1. Passport information page (Ordinary passport)
Individuals who previously held Chinese nationality and subsequently acquired foreign nationality are required to provide either a Certificate of Cancellation of Chinese Household Registration (Hukou) or a Certificate of Renunciation of Chinese Nationality, or a Certificate of Non-Chinese Nationality issued by a Chinese diplomatic mission/consulate.
*2. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant.
*3. English proficiency test certificate
For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.
*4. Two academic recommendation letters
Two academic recommendation letters from scholars who hold the title of associate professor or higher, or senior professionals in a related academic field.
Master's degree program applicants should submit the academic transcript of their undergraduate study.
Applicants who will not graduate before the application deadline shall provide their current academic transcript.In this case,the completed academic transcript must be submitted before registration.

*7. Bachelor's degree diploma
Master’s degree program applicants should submit a bachelor’s degree certificate. Those who have not graduated yet must provide a proof of education in current academic institution.

8. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
Tips: For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
